I have received a damaged package

If you have received a package that has been damaged in transit, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery so that we can raise a claim with the carrier. To do this, please contact us with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Description of the damage
  3. A photo of the damage

Please do not dispose of the packaging as we may require it back from you in order to raise a claim with the carrier.
