Customer remorse

If you would like to return an item(s) in your order, for example if it's the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you simply changed your mind, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. You will have to pay the return postage to us, which is charged at cost. This cost will be displayed when you create the return, and will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that items must be returned as new with all original packaging, tags and labels, and the item must be unused and undamaged. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to reject the return.

We can't offer refunds or exchanges on the following items:

  • products that have been personalised for you (this includes custom frames and bespoke bicycles);
  • perishable goods such as food;
  • underwear.

Defective goods

If you received the wrong product, it was damaged in transit, or is defective in some way, you can return it to us and we will cover the cost of the return.
