How I do use my store credit?

If you have store credit, for example because you returned an item or items for credit rather than exchange or refund, please follow these instructions to apply it to your new order.


  1. Add the new item or items to your cart that you would like to purchase.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your email address (please note: this must be the same email address that the store credit has been applied to).
  4. Press the 'Log In' button next to the email address field, unless you are already logged in, in which case skip to step 6.
  5. You will be sent a one-time code to your email address. Please enter this.
  6. You are now logged in, and when you get to the payment section, you will be able to apply the store credit balance to your order.
