Buying a frame or bike in-store or by email/phone for international delivery

When you purchase a frame or complete bike from us either in the store, by phone, or by email (not via our website) for delivery outside of the UK, the sale will be zero-rated, which means that UK VAT of 20% will be removed at source. Any local tax and duty, where applicable, will be payable on delivery. This is different to when you purchase through our website, where delivery costs and duties/taxes are typically included in the prices.
